I May Have Stumbled Across a Good Trap Workout
I have to say that I’ve been working my trap muscles out since about high school and have not been able to build big and quality looking trap muscles. Recently I read a page where there was an outline of a good workout that you can do to build this muscle area so I decided to do it to see what the results would look like. So far I think that they will actually do some good and produce some results. Since it’s still too early to tell I am just going to be patient and see how it turns out. If this workout does work than I’m going to buy the complete system from this guy since I really have not found a trap workout that has worked yet.
